Game Day Central: ECU-VCU Set For Three-Game Series
East Carolina concludes its five-game home stand playing host to former Colonial Athletic Association foe and current A10 member Virginia Commonwealth in a three-game non-conference series, which is set to begin Friday, Mar. 20 at 6:30 p.m. at Lewis Field inside Clark-LeClair Stadium ... The Pirates enter weekend play having won six-straight, 10 of its last 11 and 15 of 18 since starting the season 0-3 ... VCU has won the last four games in the series, but ECU holds a 31-28 all-time advantage.  (More)


Track & Field Set to Open Outdoor Season at 49er Classic
The East Carolina track and field team completed the indoor season last week and is ready for a quick turnaround with the outdoor season beginning this weekend. The Pirates head to Charlotte, N.C., to compete in the 49er Classic beginning Friday, March 20 and concluding Saturday, March 21. (More)


2015 Pirates Ready To Start Spring Work Friday
After completing its first season in the American Athletic Conference with an 8-5 overall record in 2014 and making its eighth bowl appearance in the last nine years, East Carolina will turn the page and begin its 2015 campaign with the start of spring drills Friday inside the Cliff Moore Practice Facility.
