Football Reseating

Reseating of Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium is upon us! Football season ticket holders should have received an email on May 14, 2025 with their seat selection date and time. If you have not received this email please call the ticket office at 252-737-4500. We are excited to begin the reseating process and give you the opportunity to select your football season ticket location(s) as well as season parking (provided you purchased parking).

As a reminder, to participate in the seat selection process, please ensure the following by your selection date:

Pirate Club Impact Fund: At least 50% paid or on an active payment plan.
Football Season Tickets: Paid in full or on an active payment plan.

We highly recommend that you log onto the online portal and familiarize yourself with the website and process of selecting seats and parking.

In order to access the site, you will visit www.ecupirateclub.com/myaccount or click the button below and log onto your regular Pirate Club account. Once you’ve logged in, find the section titled “Seat Adjustment” and select the button named “Football Seat and Parking Selection.”

From here the selection website will open. On this page there is an instructional video and written instructions that will help you navigate the entire process. Utilize the 3-D interactive maps to view the seating map and parking lots

FAQs

The appointment time for group requests was based off the lowest-ranked member. Each customer must have referenced the other group members when placing their order to be a part of a selection group. Please verify your appointment time matches your group and if not, please contact the ECU Athletics Ticket Office at 252-737-4500
As a reminder, Trade Club, Loge Boxes, Suites and Founder’s Suites are on a contractual agreement and will not be reselected during this process. Those who have seats in this area will not need to go through the selection process unless they have additional seats in Williams-Clark Club, the main bowl or parking.
ECU Athletics offers ADA accommodations inside Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium. If you need to utilize ADA seating or parking, please call the ECU Athletics Ticket Office at 252-737-4500 during your designated selection time to secure your ADA location over the phone. We will have designated people to assist these patrons with an expedited ticket and parking selection process
Beginning at your exact appointment time, you will be able to select seats and parking. Green dots represent seats that are available, red dots represent seats that have already been selected. Purple dots represent seats that are currently in the cart of someone who began selecting prior to you. To select your seats, click on the green dot of the seat(s) that best suit you and you will see the seats appear in your cart on the left side of your screen. You will use this same process to select your parking (provided you purchased parking). Please note: the system will not let you leave a single seat stranded in a row.
When you are ready to complete the selection process, you will need to navigate through a couple of confirmation screens. You will need to both "approve" and "confirm" your seats and parking. Once you’ve completed the process, the system will give you an option to print the page for your personal records and will email you a copy of your confirmation.
Please do not exit the software until you have reached the final confirmation page.
Should you choose to select your seats in person, please arrive at the Pirate Club Office no later than 15 minutes prior to your specific selection time. A member of the Pirate Club staff will be available to 1) assist you with online selection on a Pirate Club computer or 2) escort you into Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium to view your seats of interest.
The Pirate Club Office is located on the third floor of Ward Sports Medicine Building in the Pirate Club Suite. Ward Sports Medicine Building is located on the south side of Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium near TowneBank Tower. Parking will be available in the Burt Family Premium Lot. Please use the spots designated with signage for reseating. Guests will be allowed to occupy a parking spots for up to 30 minutes.
For phone selections, please call the ECU Athletics Ticket Office at 252-737-4500 at your exact appointment time. We will have designated staff to work with those whose appointment times are currently in process.

No. Only tickets with Lifetime Seat Rights will have their tickets already in their cart.
You can check your seats by logging into your Pirate Club account and clicking order history.
Once your seats are in your cart, you will have 30 minutes to confirm your seats. After 30 mins your tickets will be released.
