Macy Gladson has been part of the Pirate Club since April 2019 and currently serves as the Director of Special Events and Premium Seating Experiences. In her current role, Gladson is responsible for coordinating special events, donor stewardship activities, and overseeing the Pirate Hospitality Program.
Gladson came to ECU from the University of Florida, where she served as the Assistant Director for Gator Hospitality. In that position, she oversaw the premium seating operation at home football and men’s basketball games.
Prior to her time in Gainesville, Gladson worked with the University of North Carolina as their Carolina Athletic Hospitality intern. There she assisted with premium seating operations, the management of an 80-person game day staff, and coordinated various internal and external rental events throughout the year.
Gladson received her bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of North Carolina in 2017. A native of eastern North Carolina, Macy resides in Chocowinity with her husband, Anthony, and their three dogs, Huxley, Maggie, and Peanut.
